Multi-In Silico ADME Profiling of AP-238 for Toxicology and Forensics

This study presents the first application of a multi-in silico approach to predict the ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion) profile of AP-238, a novel opioid designer drug (CAS: 140924-11-4). The methodology provides comprehensive insights into the pharmacokinetic properties of AP-238, aiding clinical toxicology and forensic investigations. The findings contribute to a better understanding of its potential risks, metabolism, and excretion pathways, crucial for public health and regulatory purposes.
